What types of workspaces Work&Share offers?
Work&Share provides a variety of workspaces from flexible desk plans to private team suites:

What does a Work&Share membership include?
All physical memberships include a business address, high-speed internet, business class printers, usage of all of our amenities and meeting & event rooms, 24/7 access, free coffee and tea as well as access to all of our events. Our staff is always happy to assist you.
Does Work&Share include virtual office?
Yes! Virtual Office is a solution for foreigners who want to establish their company in Bulgaria and need a legal address.
What type of companies work at Work&Share
Work&Share is being preferred coworking space for all kind of companies – more than 500 active members from variety of branches like IT sector, marketing, architecture, law & construction.
Can I bring a friend work with me if I have a membership?
If you would like to bring a guest with you to work in our space you will have to pay for a day pass for them on your member account.
What if my business outgrows my Work&Share membership?
We are happy to see our clients grow and we will try to accommodate your growth within Work&Share.
Is there any additional fees that aren't included in the membership?
There aren’t any hidden fees or additional expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. Electricity, water & internet bills, unlimited meeting room booking hours are all included in the price.
Is there minimum commitment?
All memberships except Private Office Suite & Virtual Office are month to month.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required only for Private Office Suite.
Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, we do. Howeaver parking spots are available only for the clients with private suite and there's additional fee for it. The fee depends on the location.
Can I book a meeting room if I am not a member?
Yes, you can. Our meeting rooms are available to both members and non-members. Simply choose your preferred location, date, and time, and we’ll be happy to host your meeting.
Do I have to make an appointment for a tour or I can jump in?
Tours must be booked in advance so that we can make sure we have someone available to show you around and answer any questions.

I am not sure if coworking is for me can I try it first?
Yes, in case you would like to try Work & Share, we offer a testing day for FREE in case you are doubting whether coworking is your thing.
Hackathon Edition
What does Work&Share provide for hackathons?
We take care of everything you need to run a successful hackathon: workspace setup, furniture layout, reliable high-speed internet, power supply, catering options, branding opportunities, AV/technical equipment, and on-site logistical support.
How many participants can your locations host?
- Work&Share Synergy: Suitable for small to mid-size hackathons (40–60 participants).
- Work&Share Tintyava: Ideal for larger events, with flexible space to host up to 200 participants.
Do you offer catering services?
Yes. We can organize full catering packages - coffee, snacks, water, and full meals - through our trusted partners. Organizers can also bring their own catering if preferred.
What technical support is included?
Our team ensures stable Wi-Fi, power access, projectors/screens, microphones, and streaming/recording support if required. Dedicated staff are on-site throughout the event to troubleshoot.
Can we brand the space for our event?
Absolutely. You can brand entrances, stages, and common areas with banners, roll-ups, or digital screens.
Do you help with event logistics?
Yes. We handle registration desks, room layouts, signage, cleaning, and security so organizers can focus on the participants.
What about overnight hackathons?
Work&Share allows overnight access for hackathon events. We can also provide quiet areas for rest if needed.
Is there parking and public transport nearby?
- Tintyava: Central location, easily accessible by metro, bus, and car.
- Synergy Tower: Parking available; metro station under construction nearby.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend securing your date 2–3 months in advance, especially for large hackathons, to guarantee availability.
What are the costs and Do you collaborate with partners or sponsors?
Pricing depends on event size, duration, and services needed (space, catering, technical support, branding). Get in touch with us for a custom offer.
